Dinesh Kushwaha, a consummate Sales & Marketing professional had a long stellar stint with FGP Ltd. (formerly Fibre Glass Pilkington Ltd., promoted by Pilkington UK & Bombay Company Pvt. Ltd.).

Dinesh took voluntary retirement and in 1992, took on an entrepreneurial journey by actively leading M/s Certain Shields (India) Pvt. Ltd. as its Managing Director, steering the company's strategic direction and operations with insight and experience.

Dinesh has also served as a member of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Waterproofing Committee, CDC-41, contributing his expertise to industry standards and practices.

Dinesh thus brings significant marketing and corporate governance expertise to the Board.

Mr. Rohit Jha

R N Jha, popularly known as Rohit, is a dynamic finance and business development professional with over 16 years of rich experience in India’s leading real estate companies. A Chartered Accountant and Postgraduate in Commerce from Shobhit University, Meerut, he brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and strategic leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Jha has held senior roles in prominent real estate organizations including Amrapali Group, Omaxe Ltd., M3M, and others. His tenure across these reputed companies has equipped him with in-depth exposure to financial planning, accounts management, and corporate governance, while also playing a key role in business development initiatives.

Currently serving as the Vice President – Business Development, he leverages his extensive financial background and industry insights to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation within the organization. His professional journey reflects a commitment to excellence and a track record of impactful contributions across the real estate sector.
